The design of a hotel in the Arlanda Sky City area as part of the

Arlanda Airport master-plan development.

The proposal attempts allow workers, business people and travellers to stay within the Arlanda Sky City area for long periods, combining the concepts of apartment and hotel within the same building. 

​

The proposal was created at an initial conceptual phase as feasibility study in the area to allow potential investors to see the site's potential.
