The project was developed in a team with myself along with 2 structural engineering students and a quantity surveying student. We developed a structural solution for the proposal along with developing the design and working to meet a budget of £450,000 with a final cost estimated at £449,800. Along with the design proposal, a presentation was given by our team in the grand final to an audience of 200+ people. Further conceptual development to the upper floors of the existing building long with urban development for this project is currently in progress.
